Alyssa joined Nest in 2014 and is focused on sourcing and vetting startups for Nest’s innovation programmes as well as the due diligence process around new investments. Alyssa first gained investment experience at Conversus Capital, where she focused on evaluating direct and secondary private equity transactions. Prior to that, she was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Chicago. She is a CFA charterholder and received a BS in Finance and International Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Frederick is involved in all aspects of investment and operation at Click Ventures. Prior to Click Ventures he was a fellow at Fresco Capital, a global education technology and health care VC, and he worked in institutional sales at Goldman Sachs. As a blockchain enthusiast, he has co-authored an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) guide to help start ups navigate the evolving ICO landscape. Frederick holds a BSc in economics and economics history from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
